We are looking for you who have: Relevant upper secondary education 1-3 years of experience as an IT technician Knowledge of ticketing systems General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks and information security Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you?
