Eccera is now recruiting several customers in the Stockholm area for experienced IT support technicians. The assignments are perfect for you if you have at least 1-2 years of previous experience in 1st line IT support in Windows and Microsoft environments. Your tasks As an IT support technician, you will work with receiving incoming tickets via phone, ticketing systems, and sometimes also physically at the office. You will work with troubleshooting in Windows and Microsoft products such as EntraID, O365, and Exchange via remote support. You will also work with installations using tools such as SCCM or Intune. In addition, tasks such as troubleshooting printers, meeting rooms, and other peripherals may occur depending on the customer assignment. Your profile Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in IT support Experience with Active Directory and O365 Phone experience & experience with documentation in ticketing systems Experience with remote troubleshooting via remote support Meritorious: Driver's license Experience with Intune or SCCM Experience with troubleshooting and installation of printers and meeting rooms What we offer At Eccera, you get the tools you need to reach your goals.
