We welcome your application! 2 position(s). WORK TASKS Do you have a great interest in technology and are you the person others turn to when things go wrong? As an IT support technician in 1st line, you are the first contact and the one who resolves IT issues via telephone, remote assistance, or on-site at the operations. This is a role for you who enjoys fast pace and variety, who meets users with different levels of technical experience, and who gets energy from handing over a resolved issue. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Handle and resolve issues and incidents in our ticketing system • Receive and respond to incoming requests from the operations • Troubleshoot via phone and remote assistance • Provide on-site support in the operations when needed • Ensure that issues are handled efficiently and with good quality Our Offer With us, there is room to develop further within the municipality's IT operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is organized and works according to a clear process. You organize your work, keep track of your issues, and complete what you start. Since the IT environment is constantly changing, you are curious and eager to learn new technology and new ways of working. You are relationship-building in your interactions with users and strive to provide good service. Requirements • At least six months of experience in IT support or equivalent education • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows • Category B driving license • Good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious • Knowledge of networking • ITIL competence • Experience with SCCM and Intune In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of screening questions. The department's political goal is to drive digitalization within Landskrona Municipality.
