IT Support Specialist (2nd Line) in Örebro

ABOUT THE ROLE As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be a key person in our client's daily IT delivery. You'll be based at the headquarters in Örebro and serve as the local IT contact for users in an international organization. The role is perfect for you if you want to work close to the business and provide operational support with responsibility for stable operations. In this role, you'll: - Provide qualified 2nd line support on-site and handle tickets in the ticketing system - Troubleshoot and solve issues related to Windows, Office 365, networks, and hardware - Take responsibility for installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and peripherals - Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line support as well as external vendors to ensure stable operations WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: - Has experience in 2nd line IT support - Possesses good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory - Has a basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Has previous experience working structured with ticketing systems - Is fluent in Swedish and English It's a plus if you: - Have experience with MDM/Intune, Azure, or other cloud services - Have previously worked in a larger or international organization - Have experience supporting meeting technology and AV equipment As a person, you're service-oriented and professional in your interactions. You're a natural problem-solver who takes great personal responsibility for prioritizing and driving your tickets forward in an operational setting. Since the role involves many customer touchpoints, we see that you're communicative, confident in your technical skills, and comfortable working on-site.
