IT Security Technician, Temporary Position

Your new role The assignment is broad and involves working alongside the customer's IT security technician on ongoing operations and development of IT security capabilities. The work includes development and management of logging, monitoring, alerting, and network segmentation. You will also work on incident handling and continuity, including the creation of playbooks. The customer works extensively with MS Defender and uses QRadar as their SIEM solution. Particular emphasis is placed on: Log collection, log analysis, and investigation of security incidents Monitoring, alert configuration, and alert management Management and administration of SIEM systems Incident handling Network segmentation During a period when one of the customer's employees is on parental leave, the consultant will conduct the work independently in collaboration with the customer's IT technician and information security function. Your background You have at least 5 years of experience as an IT security technician. You as a person We are Thalamus, and as an employee, you will be a significant part of Thalamus.
