About the Position As IT Project & Operations Coordinator, you'll have a broad, business-focused role where you drive IT and digitalization initiatives forward while supporting the organization in daily operations. This role is an important addition to Axel Christiernsson's IT function and suits you if you enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and turning ideas into concrete solutions. You'll be responsible for coordinating and driving IT and digitalization projects from start to finish. This means ensuring IT is involved early in business initiatives, that the right people are engaged, and that projects move forward in a way that creates real value for the organization. An important part of the role is serving as the bridge between the business, internal stakeholders, and external IT partners. You capture needs, create understanding between different parties, and help ensure the right solutions are chosen and implemented correctly. The role is broad and varied. You'll work with both larger transformation projects and more operational matters where you need to switch between planning, coordination, and hands-on problem-solving. Examples of tasks: • Coordinate and drive IT and digitalization projects from initiation through implementation • Act as IT representative in business-driven transformation projects • Ensure collaboration between the business, internal functions, and external IT providers • Follow up on activities, deliverables, and progress in various initiatives • Help ensure new systems and solutions are implemented in a way that creates impact in the business • Serve as a contact point between users and external IT partners • Support the organization in the daily use of systems and IT solutions • Identify improvement areas and contribute to development of working methods and processes • Handle ongoing IT-related matters as needs arise • Participate in work related to information security, access rights, policies, and procedures • Ensure documentation and structure in projects and working methods The position is based at Axel Christiernsson in Nol, just north of Gothenburg. You can easily reach it by car or commuter train, with the station in close proximity to the office. Work is conducted on weekdays with flexible office hours. You report to the Group IT Manager.
