As IT and Digitalization Manager at Kramfors Municipality, you get a key role in developing a secure, modern and business-close IT environment. At the same time, you drive the municipality's digital development and create conditions for smarter ways of working and better service to residents, businesses and employees. DUTIES You lead the municipality's department for IT and digitalization with approximately 20 employees. The department is responsible for developing, managing and delivering modern and secure IT and digitalization services that support the municipality's operations. As a manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and creating good conditions for both employees and operations. You ensure stable and secure IT operations while driving the municipality's digital development forward. The role includes: • Converting political goals and strategies into concrete results. • Leading and developing the department's operations and employees. • Driving the municipality's digital development and identifying new opportunities where technology creates operational value. • Developing work in information and cybersecurity. • Creating conditions for responsible and business-close use of new technology, including artificial intelligence (AI). • Strengthening collaboration with the municipality's operations and external partners. • Contributing to regional cooperation in IT and digitalization to develop joint solutions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have higher education in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience. It is meritorious if you have experience of a leading position in the public sector as well as regional collaboration and development work. We see that you have: • Experience leading an IT operation and implementing major development and change projects. • Good knowledge of digitalization, digital transformation and information and cybersecurity as well as good understanding of the legislation and regulations governing the field. • A strategic approach and ability to convert visions into concrete results. • Good ability to create collaboration and build trusting relationships. • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. As a leader you are clear, communicative and development-oriented. You create engagement, give your employees good conditions to succeed and have the ability to lead change in a complex organization. We place great importance on personal suitability and personal qualities. Class B driving license is a requirement. Employment form: Permanent employment.
