About the Role As IT and Digitalization Manager, you will have a central role in leading, developing and coordinating Bostadsbolaget's work within IT and digitalization. You are responsible for ensuring that the company's digital capabilities support operational goals and contribute to efficient working methods, well-functioning system support and good service to our tenants. You will lead the IT and Digitalization Unit and be responsible for both daily operations and long-term development. The role encompasses both strategic and operational matters, and you will work closely with operations, company management and other companies within the Framtiden Group. You will ensure a cost-effective, secure and fit-for-purpose IT environment while driving the company's digital development forward. The role includes, among other things: Lead and develop the IT and Digitalization Unit and be responsible for operations, budget and employees. Ensure appropriate and reliable management of the company's business-critical systems. Be responsible for IT architecture, system portfolio and integration strategy supporting operational needs and goals. Lead the implementation of a new property management system. Be responsible for continuity planning and preparedness within IT. Lead and coordinate the company's digital transformation efforts. Be responsible for prioritizing, managing and monitoring digitalization initiatives. Provide qualified support to the management group and managers on matters relating to digital development. Contribute to the company's development in areas such as AI, data analysis, IoT, property technology and smart buildings, where it creates operational value. The IT and Digitalization Unit is part of Bostadsbolaget's newly established staff department, and you will report to the Head of Staff. The position is based at our office on Engelbrektsgatan in central Gothenburg. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant academic education in IT, systems science, digitalization, engineering or equivalent. You have several years of experience in a leadership role within IT, digitalization or business development and are experienced in leading both employees and change efforts. You have experience driving development initiatives, translating business needs into digital solutions and creating results through others. As a leader, you are analytical, communicative and development-oriented. You have the ability to see the bigger picture, analyze complex issues and translate insights into practical solutions. You have a professional, attentive and respectful approach and build trust in your relationships. Through inclusive and accessible leadership, you create good relationships and a positive collaborative climate, both within your own unit and across the organization. You are confident in your role and contribute to good cooperation even in situations with high pace or change. You see opportunities, drive change in an engaging way and communicate clearly based on your audience and situation. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for the whole and get people to work together towards common goals, with a clear focus on creating value for the business and our tenants. It is meritorious if you have experience from the public sector or the real estate industry.
