IT Consultant for 2nd Line Support

We are seeking an engaged IT consultant for our 2nd line support who is passionate about creating improvements and driving proactive solutions! In your role, you will handle a variety of support cases, ranging from hardware installation to printer setup for our users. Since we recently migrated to Windows 11, we would appreciate experience working in that environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Handle incoming 2nd line support cases Proactively develop and improve the support function Ensure efficient processes and coordinate support Document and update existing support documentation and procedures We are looking for someone who is organized, self-driven, and has experience with similar IT support tasks. To thrive in this role, you need to be communicative and enjoy solving problems and driving change.
