If you have experience with OpenText Identity Manager, SailPoint, Omada, One Identity, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft's identity platforms, we see this as a merit. The same applies if you have post-secondary education in IT. You discuss without ego. You can challenge existing decisions and weigh technical alternatives without being locked into a single vendor ecosystem. We value that you can see when standards (such as SCIM, OIDC) should be prioritized over custom development for long-term sustainability. You communicate with the business. A large part of the work is about translating complex technical security decisions into understandable value for system owners and departments without technical backgrounds.
