As an IT Operations Technician, you work with operations, maintenance, and further development of our technical platforms and IT environment. Together with colleagues, you ensure that the environment continues to be modern, secure, and functional. You also participate in development projects within the IT field. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you will mainly work with operations and management of our Microsoft hybrid environment and administration of Microsoft 365 applications advanced troubleshooting and incident management within Windows Server, Azure Datacenter, and Meraki networks development and management of client platform (Windows 11) in Microsoft Intune continuous improvement of the IT environment through automation (PowerShell, Azure Automation), introduction of new features, and proactive capacity and security monitoring. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways multiple years of experience working with operations in a similar role, where you have driven and managed Microsoft platforms in a hybrid environment strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Entra ID, including identity and access management, application integrations, and conditional access good networking knowledge and experience configuring and implementing functionality and security of network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and access points experience creating PowerShell scripts, JSON configurations to streamline operations, automate processes, and manage Microsoft platforms good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish as well as good knowledge of English. It is meritorious if you have experience with Microsoft server virtualization and working with client security in Microsoft environments and Cisco Meraki products. We are looking for someone who has a solid interest in and understanding of technology, but we also place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
