As we grow, we are now looking for an IT Manager who wants to take a key role in developing and ensuring a modern, secure, and efficient IT environment. About the Role As IT Manager, you have overall responsibility for day-to-day IT operations and serve as the company's natural point of contact for IT matters. You work broadly with support, systems, user management, vendor contacts, and IT security while contributing to the development of the organization's digital work methods. The role involves close collaboration with the entire organization, where you ensure that employees have the right tools, systems, and support to work effectively. You will also be involved in improvement projects and digital initiatives that strengthen the business for the future. Your Profile We are looking for someone with broad IT experience and expertise in both user support and systems administration and IT security. You have a good understanding of Microsoft 365, modern IT environments, and access management. Experience in information security and working with structured security frameworks is a plus. As a person, you are service-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused. You enjoy taking responsibility, have a structured work approach, and appreciate working closely with the business where you can combine technology with people.
