IT ADMINISTRATOR - SENIOR (m/f)

This is a fixed-term employment contract. We are looking for an experienced IT administrator who can keep systems in perfect condition. We are seeking an IT Administrator - Senior for our team in České Budějovice, someone with solid technical foundations, who can take responsibility for the overall operation of IT infrastructure and wants to contribute to its further development. We are a medium-sized company operating in the field of IT services and trade, offering the backing of a stable and friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth. What you will do: - complete management of the company IT environment (servers, networks, backups, security) - administration of Windows Server systems, Active Directory, Group Policy - configuration and maintenance of network elements (switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi) - oversight of backup and monitoring systems - problem analysis, proposal and implementation of solutions - ensuring operational stability, security and efficiency of infrastructure - maintenance and updating of documentation, collaboration on IT projects Who we are looking for: - secondary/higher education in technical field (IT is a plus) - minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration - advanced knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows Server, AD, Office 365) - familiarity with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall) - experience with backup and security systems - independence, responsibility, attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks - advantage: knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox), PowerShell scripting - requirement: knowledge of Czech language What we offer: - company car, mobile phone and notebook - meal allowance - opportunity for professional training and certifications - stable backing of a Czech IT company - space for your own ideas and technical solutions - friendly team where people help each other Why choose us: With us you will have real influence - not just managing systems, but also shaping their future.
