About us In our facilities, we use several digital solutions and welfare technology systems that are an important part of daily operations. As a digital administrator, you will have an operationally close responsibility for ensuring these solutions function and are used in a safe and appropriate manner. Examples of solutions available in the facilities include: Alarm systems and security alarms Digital keys and access control solutions Digital medication cabinets Hotel locks and digital lock systems Other technical and practical solutions that support daily operations About the position As a digital administrator, you will have a varied and operationally close role where you combine digital technology, welfare technology, problem-solving, and service. The position is distributed between two special residential care facilities for seniors in Upplands Väsby Municipality. You are responsible for parts of the facilities' digital solutions and welfare technology. You troubleshoot, follow up on, and handle minor technical problems and serve as a link between the operations, the municipality's IT functions, and external suppliers. An important part of the role is to provide support to colleagues and help ensure that technology functions safely and smoothly in daily operations. The position also includes practical facility services, such as receiving deliveries, managing equipment, and performing minor practical measures and other occurring service tasks. For this position, submission of a valid extract from the police criminal records register and suspicion register is a prerequisite for employment. Are you the person we are looking for? We are looking for someone who has: Documented experience with digital technology, technical systems, IT support, or similar. Good communication skills. Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have: Experience with welfare technology in care and elderly services. Experience with practical facility services, e.g., handling deliveries, equipment, and minor maintenance.
