Iris Education Seeking Substitute Teachers on Hourly Basis for Adult Education and SFI

About Our Operations Iris Hadar AB provides adult education in Malmö on behalf of the City of Malmö, with a focus on individuals with visual or hearing impairments, including deaf and blind persons. We offer SFI as well as basic and upper secondary courses. Our goal is to create the best possible conditions for our students as they move forward in life. Our operations are characterized by high quality, great flexibility, and complete individualized instruction. We are a small but experienced organization with facilities centrally located in Malmö. About the Position We are looking for you to work as a substitute teacher with us, primarily in Swedish as a Second Language and SFI. It is a merit if you can also substitute in other subjects at the basic and upper secondary levels. In addition to Swedish, we offer courses in social studies, English, and mathematics. We are looking for someone who: - Has a high school diploma - Can work with short notice when needed - Is comfortable independently leading classroom instruction - Is flexible, curious, and works well collaborating with both students and colleagues - Is punctual and responsible Personal suitability carries significant weight in this recruitment.
