About the Position As a special education teacher with us, you will have a key role in developing our activities. You work with students in Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and basic Swedish courses, and you contribute to creating the best conditions for learning, participation, and goal achievement. You will be an important collaboration partner for both students and educators, and you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the school's learning environments from the ground up. Through mentoring, observations, and consultation, you support teachers in their work of creating an accessible, inclusive, and successful teaching environment. Your Responsibilities Support students' learning and development. Mentor and coach educators on special education matters. Contribute to the development of inclusive learning environments. Work with adaptations and pedagogical strategies based on individuals' and groups' needs. Participate in creating and developing teaching materials and methods. Plan and implement professional development initiatives for staff. Actively participate in the school's quality and development work. Who Are You? Qualifications A degree as a special education teacher is required. Experience in adult education is required. Good knowledge of the school's regulatory documents and special education methods. Good digital competence. Certification and/or experience in Swedish as a Second Language is a merit.
