Job Responsibilities • Represent the company in quality assurance matters with assigned customers and suppliers • Manage quality of assigned projects (from project phase through production phase) • Support customers in addressing complaints, improving processes and products • Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions • Conduct internal and supplier audits, create and manage action plans • Prepare and maintain internal and external documentation Requirements • Secondary/Higher education • Experience in quality field (automotive environment is an advantage) • Proficiency in reading technical drawings • English language skills minimum B2 level • Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5xWhy, FMEA, ...) • Independence, responsibility, and strong communication skillsStart date to be agreed upon.
