Position: Investment technician for investment preparation and implementation - preparation and implementation of investments, public procurement Department: City Office Šenov, Investment, Housing and Transportation Department, Investment Preparation and Implementation Division Salary Classification: 10th salary grade (according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended) - possibility of gradual personal allowance - quarterly bonuses - vacation allowance - meal voucher allowance - pension and life insurance contribution Employment Type: Indefinite duration with 4-month probationary period Start Date: by agreement Requirements: according to § 4 subsection 1 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units and on amendments to certain acts, as amended: An official may be a natural person who a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or a natural person who is a foreigner with permanent residence permitted in the Czech Republic, b) has reached the age of 18, c) is fully legally competent, d) is of good repute, e) speaks Czech language, and f) meets other requirements for the performance of administrative activities established by a special legal regulation. Required Education: - minimum secondary education with maturita exam in technical field; education in construction field is an advantage - experience in public administration is an advantage Other Requirements: - knowledge of related legislation, ability to work in a team - organizational skills, independence, communicativeness, assertiveness, ability to deal with people, willingness to continue learning - computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet, and other) - moral integrity - driver's license category B Applicants must submit a written application that must contain (§ 6 subsection 3 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll.): - name, surname and title of the applicant - date and place of birth of the applicant - nationality of the applicant - place of permanent residence of the applicant - type and number of document proving identity and citizenship and, if the applicant is a foreigner who is not a citizen of an EU member state or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the European Economic Area, also the number of the document on permission for permanent residence - email address and phone number of the applicant - date and signature of the applicant The following required documents must be attached to the application (according to § 6 subsection 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll.): - curriculum vitae with information about previous employment and professional knowledge and skills related to administrative activities - criminal record certificate not older than 3 months; for foreigners, also a similar document certifying good repute issued by the home state not older than 3 months; if the home state does not issue such a document, good repute shall be documented by statutory declaration.
