Job Description: Preparation and implementation of individual investments of smaller scope or parts of large investments. Ensuring preparation of investment projects, processing investment proposals according to specifications, financing methods, project preparation, etc. Resolving property rights relationships according to investment proposals and technical-economic requirements. Processing budgets and cost plans for preparatory, exploratory, and project work. Ensuring implementation of investment projects including supervision of investment progress, selection and coordination of suppliers and other project participants, work acceptance, preparation, conclusion and execution of contract changes, verification and ensuring completeness of investment documentation and processing records and protocols for building handover, ensuring elimination of deficiencies during their implementation. Continuous monitoring of budget fund utilization. Place of Work: City Office of Česká Lípa Salary Classification and Conditions: 9th – 10th salary grade, which according to the current job catalog corresponds to the highest ranked executed type of work and required education. Starting salary from 31 360 Kč. Expected Start Date: by agreement Employment Contract Period: indefinite Legal Requirements: A public employee may be a natural person who is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or a natural person who is a foreigner with permanent residence allowed in the Czech Republic – has reached 18 years of age – is fully competent – is of good character – speaks Czech and meets other requirements for performing administrative activities established by special legal regulations.
