Work Location: Česká Kamenice Position Characteristics: Fulfillment of tasks arising for municipalities from the provisions of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities (Municipal Regulations), investment activities of the city and development matters. Specifically, this involves ensuring the preparation and implementation of individual investment projects and construction works of the city and oversight of their execution, partially also the area of city energy management. Salary Conditions: 9th - 10th salary grade in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on remuneration of public service employees and administration, Government Regulation No. 264/2022 Coll., which amends certain government regulations in the field of employee remuneration in public services and administration, and in accordance with Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended. Expected Start Date: October 1, 2026, or by mutual agreement. Employment Relationship will be established for: an indefinite period with a four-month probationary period. Qualifications: - Higher professional education or secondary education with school-leaving examination, preferably in construction (for 9th salary grade); bachelor's degree or higher professional education, preferably in construction (for 10th salary grade). Conditions for Employment: - Fulfillment of requirements according to § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on Officials of Regional Self-Governing Units and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended. Requirements Set by the City of Česká Kamenice Basic orientation is expected in the following activities: - Experience with investment activities and planning of construction projects, - Knowledge of municipal office operations, in particular Act No. 128/2000 Coll., an advantage, - Knowledge of related legislation, - Analytical and logical thinking, - Diligence, responsibility, independence, objectivity, - Team work capability, - Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office, - Knowledge of budgeting programs and Vera system is an advantage, - Group B driving license.
