As a temporary hourly worker in Järfälla Municipality, you will replace regular staff during absences. We staff all our operations within Elderly Care and Support Services for Persons with Disabilities, around the clock. We have operations in home care, care and support facilities, dementia teams, alarm and night patrols, group homes (LSS and social psychiatry), day activities, and short-term housing.

WORK TASKS
Some of your work tasks are:
• Cleaning and cooking
• Assisting with hygiene such as showering and toilet visits
• Assisting with transfers
• Documenting
• Being a social companion and supporting the service user
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Speak and write good Swedish
• Computer skills
Meritorious:
• Trained nursing assistant, or other education such as childcare worker/psychiatric nurse.
• Experience in healthcare.
• B-class driver's license and experience driving a car
• Ability to cycle
It is also advantageous if you are multilingual, as we have service users who speak different languages and good communication is important. However, the most important thing is that as a temporary hourly worker, you are adaptable and have the right personal suitability for the position.
