JOB DUTIES We are now accepting expressions of interest from those who wish to work as nursing assistant, care worker, personal assistant or residential counselor in our services. Recruitment takes place on an ongoing basis according to the needs of the services, and we may contact you if a need arises where your skills and profile fit. The job duties involve helping the care recipient in their daily life with everything that entails. In addition to assisting with hygiene, care and household chores, the work involves socializing and enriching the care recipients' lives. The work includes documentation according to legislation. We are seeking substitutes for: • Special housing Also called care homes and located at several different places in the municipality (Järpen, Mörsil, Kall, Hallen and Duved). • Home care service In home care you provide service and care to elderly and sick people in their own homes. You travel between assignments using a service vehicle. Here you can also work night shifts with the night patrol. • Housing with special services You work in our housing with special services in Järpen and support the residents with planning and implementation of daily activities based on an individually designed implementation plan. You may work with individuals with behavioral problems and psychiatric diagnoses. • Personal assistance We have various assignments in Järpen and Hallen where you work on a 24-hour basis in the homes of individuals receiving services. You complement where functional limitations set boundaries and work according to the individual's circumstances and wishes. QUALIFICATIONS It is important to be attentive, flexible and genuinely interested in people. You should be able to see, listen to and affirm the people you meet. Collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate among colleagues is self-evident for you. You should be able to read, speak and express yourself in writing in Swedish fluently. Experience and/or education in care is meriting. For home care service, housing with special services and personal assistance, a category B driving license is required. To work for us, you need to show a criminal record check for work with elderly or adults with disabilities in the home before you can begin employment.
