JOB DUTIES Work as a temporary hourly employee within personal assistance involves ensuring that the user receives the support and assistance they are entitled to through approved decisions. Our users need support, to a greater or lesser extent, to make their daily lives function. The work involves performing support and care tasks based on implementation plans, performing health and medical care tasks after delegation, and care documentation. It is important to provide the user with individual care, structure, and to encourage and support them in realizing their personal interests. The work is based on the Act on Support and Service (LSS). The work is physical and contains many physical work tasks. With some users, smoking occurs in the user's own home. A male user in his 30s lives with his mother in Surahammer town center. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old. If you have nursing assistant education or other education that we consider equivalent, and if you have previous experience working in care and welfare, this is a merit. We want you to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as documentation is important in daily work. You should be calm, stable and flexible. We want you to communicate clearly and be attentive and accommodating in your interactions. To succeed in the work, it is also important to have structure and to work well with other people, and to be able to listen, communicate and resolve any conflicts in a constructive manner. Working hours are scheduled and can vary between day, evening, weekend and night shifts. A driver's license is a requirement in certain operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start: by agreement, selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period, so please submit your application as soon as possible. Before you can be employed, you need to present a valid certificate from the police criminal record register, which is not more than 6 months old. During the interview, you need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or identity certificate together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA or Switzerland, you must present a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
