We're now looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute within the Care Administration in Kristianstad Municipality and contribute your commitment where it's needed most. As a substitute, you'll have varied work where tasks are adapted to the operations' and customers' needs. You'll provide support in daily life through personal care, services such as cleaning, laundry and shopping, as well as performing delegated health and medical care tasks. We're looking for someone who can work when temporary needs arise. The employment is an intermittent fixed-term position, which means each work shift is a separate employment occasion. Working hours vary and can be day, evening, or night, on weekdays and weekends. You'll need to be able to work at multiple different units within elderly care or support services. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with their heart in the right place and an interest in working with people. You have good interpersonal skills, are responsible, work well in collaboration, and are flexible in your work. It's advantageous if you have education from a care and health program, children and leisure program, support educator training, certain assistant training, or equivalent education. If you've studied or are studying at a school affiliated with VO-college, we see that as valuable experience. Ongoing studies in nursing, psychology, or social work are also advantageous. We'd like to see that you have experience in care work. Since documentation is part of our operations, it's important that you have computer skills and can understand and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's advantageous if you have a B driver's license and/or can cycle. You should be over 18 years old. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
