What We're Looking For
High school diploma
Strong overall IT knowledge
Experience in IT support, preferably from larger organizations
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Desirable Experience
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 configuration
Troubleshooting computers, printers, and mobile devices
Remote support and client management
Active Directory and account management
Digitalization and AI
