Key Responsibilities
As an internal auditor, you work closely with operations to ensure that processes and routines are followed and comply with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and permits. You have an important function in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to more efficient and quality-assured operations. You conduct your audits independently, from planning through execution, analysis, and follow-up, and translate your insights into clear recommendations for the business. The role involves many internal contact points, both nationally and with colleagues in other countries and at headquarters in Germany, and you report to the EQS Manager. The position involves travel corresponding to approximately 50% of working time. The preferred placement location is Ängelholm or Malmö, but flexibility exists for the right person.
Plan and conduct internal audits in operational activities
Analyze, compile, and present audit results with accompanying recommendations
Identify risks and improvement areas and drive development of processes and working methods
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
Academic degree in, for example, economics, environmental science, or logistics
Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Strong skills in the Office suite
B-class driver's license
Merits:
Experience in internal audit, controlling, or investigative work
Experience from operational activities or process work
To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable working independently and be able to drive your work forward without losing structure. You are thorough in your analyses and have the ability to understand the organization's processes in a concrete way. You inspire confidence in dialogue with others and find it easy to communicate your observations clearly and in a balanced manner. Furthermore, you are curious and interested in understanding how operations work, while remaining flexible when circumstances change.
