SIA "Bauskas slimnīca", registration No. 43603017682, is seeking to hire an INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN for the Therapy and Care Department. Profession Classification Code: 2212 104 Requirements for Candidates: - Higher medical education (physician degree); - Registration in the Medical Practitioners Register; - Internal medicine physician certificate; - Precision and high sense of responsibility; - Ability to react quickly and act professionally in emergency situations; - Proficiency with office software as well as information systems "E-health" and "Doctor's Office"; - Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law. Key Job Responsibilities: - Perform clinical work in the Therapy and Care Department; - Provide patients with appropriate medical assistance and make decisions on further healthcare tactics in accordance with the patient's health status; - Provide patients with clear information about diagnosis, examination and treatment plans, and explain necessary treatment tactics; - Document the treatment process, therapies performed, information about the patient's health status, and prescribed treatment; - Monitor and ensure accuracy of statistical data in medical documentation; - Collaborate with other healthcare institutions to ensure continuity and quality of treatment at all levels of healthcare; - Provide suggestions for improving work organization and healthcare quality.
