Kemikum, with more than 200 employees, is one of the largest institutions at Stockholm University. Research at Kemikum spans all areas of chemistry including analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, materials chemistry, inorganic and structural chemistry, and organic chemistry. The Chemical Section at Stockholm University consists of Kemikum and the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics. These institutions conduct basic chemistry education at the Chemical Laboratory, where the Chemical Section's office and Student Expedition are responsible for course administration, coordination of basic education, and management of teaching facilities.
The office is now seeking an international coordinator with a strong focus on managing international students and exchange agreements. Other duties also include study administration, student recruitment, events and exhibitions, web administration, and other possible tasks.
We offer a varied full-time position with many contact points in a dedicated and collaborative team consisting of a head of office, an administrative study director, a study advisor, a study administrator, and a research engineer.

Responsibilities
You will primarily be responsible for coordinating exchange studies for incoming and outgoing students. Your duties will include:
Management and academic guidance of incoming and outgoing exchange students.
Providing information about and announcing exchange positions and maintaining exchange agreements.
Participating in the faculty's and university's internationalization efforts.
Planning and participating in welcoming international students.
Study administration in LADOK.
Assisting in coordinating and participating in student recruitment events held at the section, faculty, and central levels, such as information sessions, visits from high schools, exhibitions, digital events, etc.
Administrative tasks in systems such as Mobility-Online, LADOK, NyA, and Canvas.
Other duties may also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
Experience coordinating international exchange studies at a university or college, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent.
Experience in academic administration at a university or college.
Good computer skills and experience working with administrative systems.
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is considered advantageous if you have:
A technical or natural science degree in chemistry or equivalent competence/experience.
Good presentation skills and the ability to engage with different types of audiences.
Experience in communication work and working with web design programs/platforms.
