Position Purpose
Manage operations of the service hotel. Participate in student education and mentoring work.

Key Job Responsibilities
manage dormitory and service hotel operations at the educational institution;
inform students about service hotel internal regulations, electrical safety, fire safety, and sanitary hygiene requirements and ensure compliance;
provide a safe and psychologically supportive environment for students living in the service hotel. Facilitate student adaptation to the service hotel;
organize and conduct periodic inspections of service hotel premises, and when necessary, prepare damage reports as well as manage the distribution and replenishment of required material and technical resources;
plan and oversee student supplementary education activities;
develop and implement leisure time and recreation projects, events, and programs;
in case of student illness, organize medical personnel assistance (call emergency medical services in urgent cases). Inform the student's parents by phone;
respond to and take appropriate action in extraordinary and non-standard situations; inform school management about them.
Requirements for Applicants
academic or second-level professional higher education;
education in compliance with the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required of Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Development of Pedagogues";
professional work experience in pedagogical and methodological work;
ability to analyze and compile large volumes of various types of information;
experience preparing documents (draft regulations);
ability to plan and organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills;
knowledge of the Ministry of Defense and its subordinate institutions, including NBS, their tasks and structure;
user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
sense of responsibility and precision.
