Internal Logistics Manager Skövde CEJN is in an expansive period and we are now looking for a curious, engaged and confident leader who wants to lead and develop our internal logistics operations in Skövde. Here you will have broad operational responsibility and the opportunity to influence both the daily operations and the long-term development of CEJN's production and material flows. Internal logistics in Skövde is a comprehensive and important part of CEJN's production operations and consists of approximately 80 employees. The operations include automated crane storage, goods receipt, high-bay storage and Q-gate, distributed across three warehouse locations as well as a 3PL solution. Responsibilities: As Internal Logistics Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, employees, and the strategic development of Internal Logistics. You lead the operations toward set goals and create, together with the organization, the conditions for safety, quality, efficient material flows, and stable deliveries. An important part of the assignment is to lead and develop people and the organization. Together with your management team, consisting of Technical, Logistics Support, and Production Managers, you actively work to develop operations, working methods, and employees. You create engagement and involvement while clearly driving operations forward. As Internal Logistics Manager, you are responsible for safety and work environment within the department as well as for goods receipt, warehouse operations, budget, and process projects. You continuously work to develop efficient and robust material flows and ensure that operations have the right conditions to meet both current and future needs. The role involves close collaboration with other parts of production and other functions within CEJN. You and your team work both operatively and long-term to develop Internal Logistics and you actively contribute to the overall strategic development of CEJN's production. The role involves personnel responsibility and you lead operations through your managers and key functions. Because Internal Logistics has many contact points and is an important link in CEJN's production flow, you need the ability to see the whole picture and create good collaborations across organizational boundaries. As a person, you are analytical and structured while being action-oriented and having the ability to make decisions. You thrive in a role where you need to switch between strategic questions and daily operations and can handle multiple different issues and perspectives simultaneously. You have a good understanding of production and logistics and are driven to develop both people and processes and working methods. You are curious and development-oriented and dare to challenge existing working methods while being unpretentious and receptive to others' knowledge and experience. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with experience leading operations within logistics, production, or related technical operations. Experience leading through other managers is also valuable in the role. You have a good understanding of the requirements placed on safety, work environment, quality, delivery, and efficiency in a manufacturing organization. You have a very strong ability to express yourself correctly and clearly and are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. University education in economics, logistics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent is a merit.
