Your responsibilities
Overall delivery responsibility for your function (delivery, quality). Create conditions for delivery, team, and employees
Personnel responsibility including work environment responsibility
Participate in the management group for operations and infrastructure
Drive and/or act as a change agent for the unit's common business development areas
Promote good relationships and collaboration in the workplace
Requirements
At least 9 years of experience in IT management
Documented leadership qualities
Documented experience in the IT field
Personal qualities
Good analytical ability
Good communication skills
Good ability to lead work groups and understand group dynamics
Ability to handle details and see the big picture
Ability to identify and plan measures for both short and long term
Structured and driven
Communicative and confident in integrating with team, end users, and other stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with and coach teams
Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing
