HRM is seeking an interim HR consultant with strong Workday expertise on behalf of our client. The assignment begins at the end of August and is initially set through the end of the year.
For this assignment, we are looking for a Workday specialist to join an HR support and digitalization team. In this role, you will optimize and continuously improve the client's Workday platform and ensure it supports both business needs and a positive employee experience. The consultant will provide expertise and guidance on Workday configuration, focusing on both business processes and end users. An additional objective is to transfer knowledge and best practices to the internal HR support team.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes and security settings
• Support releases, testing, documentation, and system improvements
• Drive continuous improvements and process optimization
• Ensure high quality and security in HR data
• Knowledge transfer to our HR support team (first-line support)
• Collaborate with the product owner
Qualifications
• Minimum three (3) years of practical experience working with Workday
• Practical experience configuring Workday business processes and security settings
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures within HR
• Experience supporting testing activities, maintaining data quality, and driving continuous improvements
