Interim Maintenance Group Manager for Customer in Borlänge!

We are now seeking an interim maintenance manager for our client's combined heat and power plant in Borlänge, which is in an exciting development phase and wants to strengthen its organization. This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia for approximately 6–12 months. About the Assignment This is a full-time position at 100% and the need is for approximately 6–12 months with start now in the fall. Your main task is to lead and develop employees within the Maintenance unit and together with your team work on the long-term maintenance of the client's facilities to ensure trouble-free operations through preventive and corrective maintenance. The facilities consist of combined heat and power plants, water treatment plants, hydroelectric stations, and waste management facilities. The work group consists of nine employees. To thrive in this role, you need to be a communicative, development-oriented, structured person with analytical skills who appreciates problem-solving work. Your strong leadership abilities will be used to guide employees and ensure continuous development of competencies and working methods. Of course, you also have a great interest in maintenance, technology, and energy!
