About the Position As an Interim Negotiations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the organization's negotiations work during a transitional period. You will have a central and strategic role in labor law and negotiations, supporting managers, HR, and leadership while contributing to the development of the organization's future employer function. The role involves significant independent responsibility and many contact points, but no personnel management. As Negotiations Manager, you are also expected to analyze and develop the employer area and provide recommendations on appropriate roles, responsibilities, and organizational conditions for the agency's upcoming recruitment of a permanent negotiations manager. Requirements for the Position: • Law degree, minimum 180 credits in law, HR/personnel science, or equivalent higher education. • Ability to independently formulate negotiation materials, decision-making documents, and other written materials for managers and leadership. • Minimum 10 years of experience in labor law, collective bargaining law, employer matters, negotiations, and/or employer development. • Minimum 5 years of experience independently conducting negotiations on behalf of the employer with employee organizations. • Fluent communication in both Swedish and English in speech and writing. • Many years of experience as a negotiations manager, labor law attorney with negotiations responsibility, head of HR-legal function, or equivalent role. • Experience leading or conducting negotiations related to operational changes, organizational restructuring, or changed working conditions. • Experience with structured cooperation with employee organizations and planning and implementing training or information initiatives in labor law, collective agreements, and negotiations for managers, HR, or other relevant audiences. • Experience analyzing working methods, roles, responsibilities, or organization within the employer or HR area and translating analysis into recommendations for management or equivalent decision-makers. • Documented work experience from a government agency or other public sector organization. • Provide three (3) references for assignments/work with similar tasks from the past 10 years. • Available for possible interview with the agency on 9/21. Assignment Period and Scope This position is a consulting assignment at 60-80% of full-time, starting in early October and expected to last approximately six months, with the possibility of extension. The work location is in Stockholm/Sundbyberg. To ensure competency-based recruitment, we use occupational psychological assessments in this process.
