Valora Bemanning is seeking an experienced interim unit manager for a longer consulting assignment in a municipality in Region Sörmland. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, budget, and work environment. The assignment encompasses both operational and strategic matters with a focus on ensuring quality, continuity, and stable leadership during the assignment period.
