About the Assignment We are seeking an interim unit manager for Children and Youth in Lysekil Municipality. The assignment involves management of authority operations with responsibility for personnel, work environment, operations, and finances. You are also responsible for ensuring lawful case processing, quality, and goal achievement. You are expected to be a confident and present leader who can quickly build trust, structure, and a productive work environment. The role also involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as schools, healthcare, and police. Assignment Period: October 12–December 31, 2026, with possibility of extension Scope: 100% Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Location: Lysekil Municipality Remote Work: Can occur in consultation with immediate manager We Are Looking for You Who - Have at least 5 years of experience as a manager in social services authority operations within Children and Youth - Have experience managing personnel in authority operation work groups - Have experience with budget and operations responsibility - Have good knowledge of SoL, LVU, the Parental Code, and other relevant legislation - Have experience collaborating with, for example, schools, healthcare, and police - Hold a degree in social work or equivalent higher education qualification - Have documented management or leadership training As a person, you are confident, stable, and clear in your leadership. You are accustomed to making decisions in complex situations and have a strong ability to create structure, a productive work environment, and stability even during change.
