Interim Chief Financial Officer / Senior Business Controller, Manufacturing Operations in Huddinge

Would you like to combine responsibility for the finance function with an operations-focused approach to controlling, profitability, and business management? We are now seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer / Senior Business Controller for a manufacturing company. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible. The role is based in Huddinge with work primarily taking place on-site at the office. About the Position In this role, you will be responsible for the finance department and ensure high quality in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. At the same time, you will work closely with management, production, and sales to develop the company's results, profitability, and financial management. Key Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for the finance function and leadership of a small finance team • Monthly financial statements, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Production controlling with focus on productivity, costs, calculations, and efficiency • Sales and profitability analyses at customer, product, and business levels • Development of reporting, KPIs, BI solutions, and financial processes • Business support to management, production, and sales Desired Background We are looking for someone with: • Academic education in finance or accounting • Several years of experience as a CFO, Senior Business Controller, or similar role • Strong competence in accounting, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting • Solid experience in controlling, analysis, and business management • Excellent Excel skills and an interest in BI and data-driven decision support Meritorious are experience from manufacturing industry, FMCG, or food sector, as well as knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. Personal Qualities You are analytical, business-minded, and unpretentious with the ability to translate numbers into business insights. You thrive close to operations, are accustomed to challenging and influencing decision-making, and have a talent for building trust and collaborating across different functions.
