Interim Property Manager to Stockholm/Östersund We are now seeking a property manager for a consulting assignment in Stockholm/Östersund with our client. The assignment is initially for 6 months, full-time or part-time, starting around mid-September. Welcome to submit your application today! About the Assignment As a property manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the properties function well and that ongoing property management is handled properly. A local operations organization is in place and handles day-to-day operations. The role includes, among other things, quality-assured service delivery according to agreement, maintenance planning and project management of maintenance measures, building and property technical matters, rental law, incident handling and insurance matters, management reporting, and operations and customer meetings. Who Are You? You are social, outgoing, and service-minded, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You are self-driven, structured, and drive processes toward set goals even when circumstances change. We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in property management, building and/or property technology Several years of experience in residential property management Experience with maintenance plans Experience in property economics Experience with procurement and contract documents (e.g. ABFF, AB, ABT, ABK) Knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory requirements B driver's license and own car Swedish in speech and writing Scope and Workplace Full-time or part-time Possibility to work remotely, for example from Stockholm Physical presence in Östersund approximately once a month.
