Interim Property Manager to Östersund We are now seeking a property manager for a consulting assignment in Östersund with our client. About the Assignment As a property manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the properties function well and that ongoing management is handled properly. A local operations organization is in place and handles daily operations. The role includes quality-assured service delivery according to agreements, maintenance planning and project management of maintenance measures, building and property technical matters, rental law, complaint matters and insurance issues, management reporting as well as operations and customer meetings. Who Are You? You are social, outgoing, and service-oriented, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You are independent, structured, and drive processes toward established goals even when conditions change. We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in property management, building and/or property technology Multiple years of experience in residential property management Experience with maintenance plans Experience in property finance Experience with procurement and contract documents (e.g. ABFF, AB, ABT, ABK) Knowledge of relevant laws and regulatory requirements B-class driver's license and own car Swedish language proficiency, spoken and written Scope and Workplace Full-time or part-time Physical presence in Östersund Contact Information and Application Welcome to submit your application today as we are continuously working with selection and interviews.
