Municipal Agency "Ķekavas Municipality Health and Social Care Center" (registration no. 90001893339) Day Center "Adatiņas" of the Alternative Social Services Department invites applications for an Interest Club Instructor position (profession code 3412 09) Key responsibilities: Organize and develop educational programs in the field of culture, technical creativity, environmental exploration, and other areas for various age groups, including children and persons with functional and intellectual disabilities; Provide meaningful and beneficial leisure time opportunities for Day Center clients. Job details: Permanent position starting September 1, 2026; Working hours: full-time; Work location: Day Center "Adatiņas", Daugmale, Ķekavas Municipality, or as needed at Gaismas Street 19, Building 8, Ķekava; Salary: from 953 EUR to 1175 EUR (gross, before employee tax deductions); Health insurance after probation period completion. Requirements for candidates: Higher education or professional secondary education; Desired experience and knowledge in psychology, social care, social rehabilitation, pedagogy, and work with children and persons with functional and intellectual disabilities; State language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law; Ability to work in a team as well as independently, within the scope of professional competence; Good communication skills, accuracy and responsibility, kindness and empathy; Ability to communicate respectfully with persons who have communication and perception difficulties.
