About You:
Work as a specialist nurse within operating room care is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience within your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like to see that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should ideally be interested in professional development and advancing your career. We value participation in courses and training. This means that as an Operationskonsult you often belong to those at the workplace with the longest experience, and as such we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experience with newer colleagues.
