Psychiatric Specialist Clinic Nacka is now seeking an engaged senior physician for our Specialist Team for Intensive Outpatient Care! Your New Workplace Psychiatric Specialist Clinic Nacka is a general psychiatric operation with an excellent reputation, committed employees, and a pleasant atmosphere. We assess, investigate, and treat patients with most psychiatric diagnoses based on our geographical catchment area. Psychiatric Specialist Clinic Nacka also includes our Specialist Team for Intensive Outpatient Care. Intensive outpatient care is a newly established operation that works at the intersection between inpatient and outpatient care. The goal of the operation is to make patients throughout the clinic accessible for regular specialist psychiatric outpatient care. The team meets most patients who have been admitted to psychiatric inpatient care to support them in the process of regaining their daily functions and reducing risks after discharge. They also meet many patients whose condition has deteriorated so much that regular outpatient care is insufficient, but where inpatient care is not a good option. The team currently consists of nurses with broad experience in psychiatric acute care and one specialist physician in psychiatry, which will now be expanded to two specialist physician positions. The team works with home visits throughout the PSS catchment area, remote contacts via video link and telephone, as well as visits at psychiatric outpatient clinics within PSS. Our Expectations of You You enjoy working to provide care for the most vulnerable psychiatric patients. You thrive in the varied and somewhat unpredictable work that acute psychiatry entails. Furthermore, you are a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry and have experience in general psychiatric outpatient care. Good language and computer skills are a requirement. Great weight is placed on leadership qualities and personal suitability.
