About the position Karolinska University Hospital provides highly specialized care where digitalization and modern information structures are an important part of development. Centricity High Acuity (CHA) is the electronic health record system for anesthesia, intensive care, postoperative care, and neonatology. The system complements the hospital's main electronic health record system and integrates with several other mission-critical systems to create coherent and secure information management. The management of CHA takes place regionally, and we are now seeking an Integration Specialist at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna. As an Integration Specialist, you will be part of the delivery team and work closely with the delivery manager, product owner, other team members, internal management functions such as Orbit and TakeCare, as well as external vendors. In this role, you are responsible for, among other things: driving and coordinating integration work within the management function ensuring that integration solutions work technically and meet operational needs developing technical specifications and documentation for decision-making and releases configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations documenting technical solutions in accordance with management guidelines contributing to the development and improvement of technical solutions and working methods. The assignment may also include participation in on-call duties and work with other IT systems within the organization. We are looking for you who have good problem-solving and analytical skills and enjoy analyzing, troubleshooting, and finding sustainable solutions in complex technical environments work in a structured manner, plan and organize your work well, and ensure quality in documentation, requirements management, and deliverables collaborate well with others and enjoy working closely with both operations, IT functions, and external vendors to achieve common goals are self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive processes forward in an independent and proactive manner have an interest in development and improvement and actively contribute to developing technical solutions and efficient working methods. Qualifications Requirements: relevant higher education in IT, systems science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent documented experience in systems development and/or systems integration experience in requirements analysis and formulating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria experience driving requirements and design processes very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. Merits: experience in management or project management previous experience working with systems integrations experience with AI tools or AI-based working methods to support development and efficiency improvements.
