JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Department for Work and Welfare is responsible for areas including the labor market, activity requirements, financial assistance, adult education, social psychiatry, budget and debt counseling.
The Work and Learning Division has approximately 200 employees and works from a holistic perspective where labor market, education, assistance and integration issues meet and are handled.
Internal Services, which comprises about 100 employees, performs various tasks and assignments for administrations and companies in the municipal group, such as facility management, gardening and grounds, transport and service, textiles and furniture upholstering, as well as carpentry, painting and graffiti removal.
As an instructor at the Internal Services carpentry and painting team, you and a colleague work to guide approximately 10 employees. An important goal of the operation is to guide employees into a work community and to provide structure to the day so that they eventually become ready for the open labor market or relevant education.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have relevant vocational training in construction and/or painting. If you have experience in work management, a behavioral science education, or experience working with people, we see this as meritorious.
You are flexible, collaborative, and stress-resilient. You have social competence and understand why and toward which goals we work. The way we treat people is an important part of helping them grow.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
Experience is required.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Interviews may be held during the application period.
