Southern Dalarna Rescue Service Association is responsible for rescue services in Avesta, Hedemora, Fagersta, and Norbergs municipalities. The organization consists of approximately 45 full-time employees and 100 part-time employees distributed across six fire stations. Southern Dalarna Rescue Service Association is now seeking a dedicated instructor.
About the role
As an instructor, you are responsible for:
Planning, conducting, and following up on training programs
Providing training in fire protection, first aid, CPR, SBA, and hot work, among others
Contributing to the development of our training programs
Working with municipalities, companies, and external clients
The unit also handles technical assignments such as VMA inspections and fire alarm testing, and supports operational activities when needed.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has training as a firefighter (at least GRIB or equivalent) or other relevant educational background
Is self-driven, organized, and communicative
Has strong teaching abilities and enjoys working with people
Holds a class B driver's license (C or higher is a merit)

Opportunity to serve as a firefighter if needed
The position may be security classified in the future – requires Swedish citizenship
