Visit Secor's website here: www.secor.se About the Role As Installation Leader at Secor, you will have a central and operationally close role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading installation operations in Stockholm. The role combines operational leadership, project coordination, and business responsibility with the goal of ensuring efficient installations with high quality and good profitability. You will be ultimately responsible for the installation department and work closely with installers, subcontractors, sales staff, order administration, warehouse, customers, and external partners. A large part of the role involves creating the right conditions before installations begin through careful planning, coordination, and communication with all involved parties. The work encompasses both individual door installations and larger projects where multiple trades need to be coordinated. You are responsible for ensuring that the right resources are in place, that schedules are followed, and that installations are carried out according to applicable quality and safety requirements. You report directly to the Regional Manager and have personnel responsibility for the installation organization in Stockholm. More specifically, the position includes: - Supervision of installers and subcontractors - Planning, coordination, and follow-up of installation projects - Ensuring quality, work environment, and compliance with assembly instructions - Dialogue with customers, construction contractors, and other partners - Management of deviations and warranty matters - Conducting employee meetings, salary reviews, and personnel follow-up - Approval of time reports and management of personnel-related matters - Responsibility for vehicle fleet, service, inspections, and related administration - Contributing to the development of work methods, processes, and the company's continued growth About You We are looking for someone with solid building technical knowledge and experience leading people in an operational environment. You thrive in a role where you can combine planning, problem-solving, and leadership while having many contact points both internally and externally. You have the ability to create structure in an operation where conditions can change quickly and where multiple projects run in parallel. When challenges arise, you act quickly, make decisions, and drive the work forward without losing focus on quality or customer satisfaction. You are clear in your communication, confident in your leadership, and have the ability to set requirements when the situation demands it while creating engagement and collaboration in the team.
