Therefore, we are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and electrical work and wants to work with new installations and modernizations of our elevators in Stockholm. As an Installation Technician at KONE, you will primarily work with assembly of new installations and modernization of old and existing elevators. When you work with new installations, you will mainly be on construction sites installing new elevators in empty elevator shafts. When we modernize elevators, we replace old parts with new ones, and then you need to make old and new technology work together. Therefore, problem-solving and creativity will be a natural part of your daily work. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our equipment is safe and reliable. You will have the opportunity to work independently in a role with a lot of freedom with responsibility, while at the same time being part of a group with dedicated and helpful colleagues and solving problems our customers may encounter. Building and maintaining good customer relationships will be an important part of your role as you are the customer's first contact and expert in the field. KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE To succeed in this role, you need to have: Completed upper secondary education, preferably with an electrical and/or electronics focus Good tool skills Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge Very good skills in Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good understanding of English in speech and writing. Driver's license category B We see it as a great advantage if you have electrical knowledge, either through education or work experience, and/or previous experience troubleshooting electronics. Of course, we will ensure that you receive the product training needed to succeed in the role.
