Main Job Duties
Receive information about criminal offenses and other violations committed in the territory served by the Administration, about persons who committed them, as well as about events (accidents, fires, etc.) that endanger the safety of individuals, society, or the state;
Within the scope of competence, conduct and organize measures for detecting and preventing criminal offenses, as well as for searching for persons who committed them or are evading investigation and trial, avoiding serving criminal sentences, or are missing, and personally participate in preventing, combating, and detecting criminal offenses, less serious, serious, and especially serious offenses;
As part of an operational team, travel to incident scenes to conduct initial investigation activities in cases of criminal offenses;
Organize, direct, and control the work of operational teams or subordinate reserve forces at the incident scene, issue orders depending on the situation and available information;
Initiate departmental inspections;
Within the scope of competence, review submissions, complaints, and suggestions from individuals and legal entities.
Requirements for Candidates:
Compliance with the requirements established in Articles 4 and 7 of the Law on Service Career of Officials with Special Service Ranks in the Interior Ministry system institutions and Penitentiary Administration;
First-level professional higher education (educational subject areas: law, civil and military defense, transport services, commerce and administration, computer science, social and human sciences, humanities, teacher education and educational sciences, engineering sciences and technology, information and communications sciences);
Good computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel);
State language knowledge level – Level C, Grade 1;
Category B driver's license.
Candidates who have not previously served in Interior Ministry system institutions or the Penitentiary Administration must complete a 3-month professional development education program "Fundamentals of Police Work for State Police Officials" at the State Police College.
