We are now recruiting an Inspector in Social Services to Jönköping. About the Job As an inspector, you will primarily handle cases within the area of Unexecuted Decisions. This involves supervising municipalities that have not executed their decisions on approved services in a timely manner. You will, in close collaboration with colleagues, conduct investigations, analyze documentation, and prepare applications for special fees to the court. Cases are prepared in close collaboration with colleagues and decision-makers. We continuously develop our methods and working approaches, which means that in your role as an inspector you need to be development-oriented and flexible to be able to adapt and adjust to changed circumstances. Requirements Profile We are looking for someone who has: - a university degree with focus on social work or equivalent education that the agency deems relevant - at least 2 years of current experience in work related to the social services field - at least 2 years of current experience in case management and public authority work within the social services field - good knowledge of laws and regulations within the social services area - good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It is meritorious if you have experience with: - experience in work related to unexecuted decisions and implementation of services to individuals within the social services field - experience in work focusing on individual and family care, elderly care, and support for persons with disabilities - experience in overall planning of services within the above-mentioned areas You should be able to work independently and have a good ability to prioritize and structure multiple different work tasks simultaneously. You should have good analytical abilities and be able to review and analyze objectively. You are thorough and structured, but also flexible. Furthermore, you have very good collaboration skills, are confident in your decisions, and can constructively implement and take others' perspectives and viewpoints into account.
