About the job Work tasks and assignments span a broad area and vary in both scope and composition. You need to be able to apply and use your previous experience in partially new contexts. The work is based in Norrköping, Gothenburg, or Stockholm, where we work with supervision, licensing, and regulation development within air traffic management/air navigation services (ATM/ANS). We work together with many different actors in the aviation field in Sweden, Europe, and the rest of the world. Read more about what it's like to work at the Swedish Transport Agency You will work with various professional matters within air traffic management and air navigation services, work with supervision and licensing, participate in developing and changing regulations, be in contact with air traffic services providers, have contacts with other countries' aviation authorities and international organizations, and participate in tasks within the agency based on the entire organization's needs. The work includes travel, primarily within Sweden but also to other parts of Europe. You must have multiple years of professional experience within some air traffic management or air navigation service (ATM/ANS) good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English a driver's license with category B. It is meritorious if you also have specific knowledge from radar (S) or flight briefing (AIS) services professional experience from aviation safety assessments or work with changes in functional systems, or experience working with quality or safety management. We want you to have good collaboration skills, meaning you work well with others. You relate to them in a responsive and flexible way. You listen, communicate, and solve conflicts constructively, be structured, meaning you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently. You set and maintain deadlines, have specialist knowledge, meaning you understand the technical aspects of the work particularly well. You continuously maintain your specialist knowledge and are a knowledge resource for others. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Appointment by agreement Remote work opportunities are available based on operational needs, up to 3 days. Employment with us may involve placement in a security classification.
